This nucleic acid extraction kit adopts biological nanomagnetic bead technology. It is mainly designed for isolating and purifying high-quality DNA from samples such as blood, saliva and oral swabs.
The core principle is to utilize functional groups on the surface of biofunctional magnetic beads to enrich nucleic acids from sample lysates onto the beads. Magnetic separation is then applied to isolate the magnetic beads, enabling rapid separation and purification of nucleic acids.

200 μL aliquots of human blood samples, including fresh blood, aged blood (stored for about 7 days) and frozen blood (stored at -40 ℃ for about 2 years), were tested without red blood cell lysis pretreatment.
The elution volume was set to 100 μL. Nucleic acid concentration and purity were determined using Nano-300 and Qubit, with results shown in the figure below.
2 µL of extracted DNA was used for conventional PCR amplification with human 18S as the target gene.Primers with four different fragment sizes were used for amplification.After amplification, 4 µL of PCR product was taken for agarose gel electrophoresis.
Results showed that the extracted DNA fragments were intact with excellent downstream experimental performance.
Fresh blood samples were used for extraction. A single sample was extracted 18 times, with 200 μL used per extraction. After extraction, 5 μL of each eluted product was analyzed by agarose gel electrophoresis. The test results are shown in the figure below.
