Magnetic Bead-Based Sanger Sequencing PCR Product Purification Kit

This reagent system consists of magnetic microspheres and elution buffer, specially designed for the purification of PCR products in Sanger sequencing. It can effectively remove salts and unbound dye terminators, and achieve purification of target genes in just a few simple steps.

Compared with the traditional ethanol precipitation method, the operation time is shortened by at least 30 minutes per plate.

The magnetic beads specifically bind only to nucleic acids and efficiently remove BigDye terminators, delivering high-quality sequencing signals.No centrifugation is required throughout the entire workflow.The processing time is reduced by half compared with traditional methods.

Suitable for purification of routine specific PCR products and PCR products in NGS library construction.DNA fragments purified with this kit can be directly used for downstream molecular biology experiments, including sequencing, PCR template preparation, enzyme digestion, ligation, and probe labeling.

1. For the same sequencing template, purification was performed separately using Rebeads Sanger sequencing purification magnetic beads and a mainstream imported product.

   Sequencing electropherograms show that Rebeads magnetic beads achieve equivalent sequencing performance to the imported product.
