【Intended Use】

The magnetic bead-based antibody purification reagent kits exhibit high antibody binding capacity and low nonspecific protein adsorption rates. The elution conditions are uniform, allowing for one-step purification of antibodies with a purity greater than 90% from serum samples. It is particularly suitable for simultaneously purifying multiple samples, and the volumes of samples and magnetic beads can be flexibly adjusted. The purification process can be easily scaled up, and different magnetic racks can process 1-96 samples simultaneously.

Users can choose the type of magnetic beads based on the species origin and subtype of the target antibody, such as Protein A or Protein A/G. For the affinity comparison of Protein A and Protein A/G beads with different antibodies, refer to Table 1 in the attached document.

This product is reusable and suitable for antibody purification from samples such as plasma, ascites, and tissue culture supernatants. It can also be used for antibody immobilization and other related research.

【Storage Conditions and Shelf Life】

Store the magnetic bead suspension at 2-8°C, and the remaining reagents at room temperature. The shelf life for all components is two years.

【Equipment to be Provided by User】

Multi-functional purification instrument (Various channel nucleic acid extractors available from our company: QP-AUT-16, QP-AUT-32, QN-AUT-96, etc.), 2.2mL 96-well deep well plates (U-bottom), 24-well deep well plates, magnetic rod sleeves, centrifuge tubes, magnetic stand, shaker, pipettor, constant temperature oscillator, etc.

【Precautions】

1. Thoroughly mix the magnetic beads before use to ensure that the magnetic bead suspension is in a homogeneous state.
2. After using the magnetic beads, store them in the preservation solution at 2-8°C, avoiding freezing or centrifugation.
3. Magnetic separation, discard the supernatant: Place the centrifuge tube on the magnetic stand, invert 2-3 times, wait for the magnetic beads to completely adhere, and discard the supernatant.
