2. Product batch stability
Select three batches of fragment sorting magnetic beads for sorting ability testing to determine product stability. Add 50 µ L of the same sample to the corresponding proportional volume of magnetic beads for incubation, cleaning, and other steps. After sorting out the products, run the gel to check the integrity of the corresponding range of bands.

DNA Recovery Results of Different Batches of Selection Magnetic Beads
The results show that:
The DNA recovery rate and fragment recovery range of our in-house selection magnetic beads are comparable to those of the control beads.
The three batches of in-house beads show small inter-batch variation, indicating stable batch production process.
Operations such as freezing, drying and centrifugation may cause magnetic bead aggregation, making resuspension and dispersion difficult.
Please vortex thoroughly before use to ensure the magnetic beads are uniformly suspended.
High-quality pipette tips and reaction tubes are recommended to avoid loss due to adhesion of magnetic beads and solution.
