• This product shall be applied with specific equipment (with Rebeads’ M column sorter).
• Prepare Sorting Buffer before experiment: PBS (PH=7.2), 0.5% BSA, 2 mM EDTA, mixed well and stored at 4℃.
• The best experimental parameters should be set by the user based on the characteristic samples and research purposes.
