Nanocytex M Cell Sorting Column 25pcs/Box For Magnetic Separation

The column matrix consists of ferromagnetic spheres with a cell-friendly coating, enabling fast and gentle cell separation. When placed in a magnetic field, these spheres amplify the magnetic field by at least 10,000-fold, creating a high gradient within the column. The spacing between spheres is larger than most cells, allowing free flow through the column while retaining magnetically labeled cells (such as NanoCytex).

Nanocytex M Columns (Art.No.: EP901) are specialized consumables designed for positive cell selection and removal of magnetic-labeled cells. When used with Rebeads' nanomagnetic beads and sorters, they enable mild and efficient cell sorting in high gradient magnetic fields.
