NanoCytex Mag CD3, human (CS0104) features small particle size and excellent suspension properties. It can be used with Rebeads NanoCytex separation systems or manual / automatic instruments from other manufacturers to efficiently isolate CD3+ T cells with high viability, recovery rate and purity from whole blood, peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) and other sample types.

For the isolation of human CD3+ T cells. Target cells are separated by incubation with nano-sized CD3 magnetic beads.

The image below shows the separation of CD3+ T cells from human mononuclear cells (PBMCs) using NanoCytex CD3 sorting beads. It can be seen that before sorting, CD3 cells accounted for 79.5%, and after sorting, the purity of CD3 cells reached 99.8%.
NanoCytex CD3 sorting magnetic beads can be used for sorting human CD3+ T cells. By conjugating humanized anti-human CD3 monoclonal antibodies to the magnetic beads, high-purity, high-viability, and high-recovery CD3+ T cells can be gently and efficiently sorted from the starting sample.

The following figure shows the isolation of CD3⁺ T cells from human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) using NanoCytex CD3 sorting magnetic beads.It can be seen that the proportion of CD3⁺ cells before sorting is 79.5%, and the purity of CD3⁺ cells after sorting reaches 99.8%.
