Figure 2. Performance Comparison Between Rebeads® Carboxyl Magnetic Beads and Competitor Products
The carboxyl group content of Rebeads® magnetic beads is approximately 1.67 times that of the imported reference beads. The larger particle size provides a greater surface area, enabling equivalent separation performance at lower bead usage with appropriate reagents, delivering distinct advantages in small fragment recovery. The beads also exhibit higher protein conjugation efficiency compared to imported counterparts.
Three batches of Rebeads® Carboxyl Magnetic Beads were tested for fragment selection capability to verify batch-to-batch stability. For each batch, 50 µL of the same sample was incubated with the corresponding volume of magnetic beads, followed by washing and elution steps. The purified products were then analyzed by gel electrophoresis to assess the integrity of bands within the target range.

The results demonstrate that:
Operations such as freezing, drying, and centrifugation may cause bead aggregation, making resuspension and dispersion difficult.
Always thoroughly vortex the product before use to ensure a homogeneous bead suspension.
It is recommended to use high-quality pipette tips and reaction tubes to prevent sample loss due to non-specific binding of beads or solution.
