Rebeads® Protein G Magnetic Beads

Rebeads Protein G magnetic beads are superparamagnetic beads covalently coated with recombinant Protein A or Protein G, which contain Fc binding domains. These beads are designed for the purification of monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies from cell lysates, blood plasma, ascites, and tissue culture supernatants, as well as for antibody immobilization studies.

Suitable for antibody purification, IP and Co-IP applications.

Sample: 1.5 mL each of human serum spiked with a certain amount of IgG, and samples at different dilution ratios.

Procedure: Mix magnetic beads with the sample and incubate. After two washes, elute the target product and analyze by SDS-PAGE.

Sample: 2 mL mouse ascites fluid

Conclusion: Higher binding capacity and easier elution vs. competitors; efficient recovery in just two elution steps.

1. Do not centrifuge, dry, or freeze the magnetic beads. These operations may cause bead aggregation and reduce binding activity.
2. This product must be used with a magnetic separation device.
3. Store at 2–8°C for stable preservation. The shelf life is 2 years.
