Rebeads® Protein L Magnetic Beads

Rebeads® Protein L Magnetic Beads are monodisperse superparamagnetic beads with high-quality recombinant Protein L (purity > 95%) covalently immobilized on the surface.

Compared with Protein A or Protein G magnetic beads, Protein L beads bind to a wider spectrum of Ig classes and subclasses from humans, mice and rats, allowing more flexible antibody purification.

These beads also enable rapid and efficient one-step purification of antibodies from serum, ascites, plasma and cell culture supernatant of multiple species.

1. Selectivity: Immobilized Protein L is suitable for the selective purification of human and mouse antibodies with κ light chains.
2. Low non-specific binding: Stable, pre-blocked magnetic beads enable clean antibody purification.
3. Versatility: Compatible with manual and automated workflows (e.g., Rebeads® multifunctional purification system).

1. Do not centrifuge, dry or freeze the magnetic beads. These operations may cause bead aggregation and reduce binding activity.
