Rebeads® Magrose Strep-Tactin Magnetic Beads

Rebeads® Magrose Strep-Tactin Magnetic Beads adopt a specialized protein coupling process to covalently conjugate Strep-Tactin protein onto the surface of superparamagnetic magnetic beads. As a novel functional material specially designed for the isolation and purification of Strep-tag Ⅱ proteins, it enables efficient and rapid acquisition of high-purity purified proteins.

Moreover, the purification conditions are mild; protein isolation and purification can be achieved under physiological conditions, preserving the biological activity of proteins and yielding target proteins with purity exceeding 99%.

1. Mild purification conditions: Does not affect the structure and function of fused proteins.
2. High affinity: Enables faster isolation and purification of tagged proteins.
3. Regenerable magnetic beads: Most active groups on the bead surface can be restored via appropriate regeneration treatment.

Suitable for the isolation and purification of Strep‑Tag II labeled proteins in various expression systems, including mammalian cells, yeast and bacteria.

1. Do not centrifuge, dry or freeze the magnetic beads, as such operations may cause bead aggregation and reduce binding activity.
2. This product must be used with magnetic separation equipment.
3. Store at 2–8°C for stable preservation, with a shelf life of 2 years.
