Rebeads® Protein A Magnetic Beads

Rebeads® Protein A Magnetic Beads are composite microparticles covalently coupled with Protein A onto activated magnetic microspheres. Compared with imported products, they feature higher antibody binding capacity and extremely low non-specific adsorption.

Antibodies with purity over 90% can be isolated from samples such as serum, plasma and cell lysate via one-step purification. The entire procedure can be completed within 30 minutes. Equipped with different magnetic racks or purification devices, the beads allow simultaneous processing of multiple samples.

Precautions

1. Do not centrifuge, dry or freeze the magnetic beads. Such operations may cause bead aggregation and reduce binding activity.
2. This product shall be used together with magnetic separation equipment.
3. Store at 2–8°C for stable preservation, with a shelf life of 2 years.
