Rebeads® Magrose TED-Ni![]()
Rebeads® Magrose TED-Ni Magnetic Beads are specifically designed for small-scale purification of His-tagged proteins. They enable high-purity protein isolation directly from biological samples via magnetic separation, ideal for parallel processing of 1–96 samples. The nickel ion ligand specifically captures target proteins with exceptional reagent tolerance, remaining stable even in systems containing EDTA or DTT—far outperforming IDA-Ni and NTA-Ni counterparts.

Work Flow![]()
Rebeads® Magrose TED-Ni magnetic beads were used for the purification of His-tagged proteins expressed in Escherichia coli. The flow-through fraction contains almost no target protein, while the eluted sample is nearly free of impure proteins. The beads deliver excellent performance in both protein purity and recovery rate.
Multiple reagent tolerance tests were conducted on Rebeads® Magrose TED-Ni magnetic beads. The beads exhibit excellent anti-interference performance and can stably withstand 100 mM EDTA.There is almost no nickel ion leakage; the beads still maintain efficient binding to His-tagged proteins with no reduction in binding capacity.
Rebeads® Magrose TED-Ni magnetic beads feature a higher protein loading capacity compared with competing products. This key indicator ensures high efficiency and reliability in every purification run, enabling maximum unit yield per purification
