Rebeads® Magrose GSH Magnetic Beads

Rebeads® Magrose GSH Magnetic Beads are designed for small-scale purification of glutathione S-transferase (GST) fusion proteins. They enable rapid isolation of high-purity target proteins directly from biological samples via magnetic separation, and are particularly suitable for parallel purification of multiple samples.

GSH immobilized on agarose magnetic beads can specifically capture GST fusion proteins, which are then enriched with a magnetic rack. The volume ratio of sample to beads can be flexibly adjusted, and multiple samples can be processed simultaneously by matching different types of magnetic racks.

1. Do not centrifuge, dry or freeze the magnetic beads, as these operations may cause bead aggregation and reduce binding activity.
2. This product shall be used with magnetic separation equipment.
