Enzyme Digested DNA Fragment Purification Kit For DNA Ligation

【Intended Use】

This product is designed for the purification of enzyme-digested DNA fragments. It enables the simple and rapid recovery of DNA fragments larger than 2000 base pairs while effectively removing impurities such as DNA fragments smaller than 80 base pairs, inorganic salts, and proteins. The purified products obtained using this kit can be directly used for downstream molecular experiments such as DNA ligation.

【Main Components】

【Storage Conditions and Shelf Life】

The binding buffer and magnetic bead suspension should be stored at 2-8°C, while the wash buffer should be stored at room temperature. The shelf life is 12 months.

【User-provided Equipment and Reagents】

1. Equipment: Nucleic acid extractor (different channel nucleic acid extractors are available for selection, such as QP-AUT-16, QP-AUT-32, QN-AUT-96, etc.), 2.2 mL 96-well deep well plates (U-bottom), magnetic rod covers, centrifuge tubes, magnetic racks, vortex mixers, pipettes, constant temperature oscillators, etc.
2. Reagents: 80% ethanol.

【Precautions】

1. The magnetic bead suspension must not be frozen or centrifuged, and must be thoroughly vortexed before first use.
2. Before use, check for salt precipitation in the binding buffer; if present, it can be redissolved at 37°C.
3. Before the first use, add the specified amount of anhydrous ethanol according to the wash buffer label instructions.
