【Intended Use】

This product is designed for extracting genomic DNA from 0.2mL samples such as whole blood, cell suspensions, swabs, saliva and blood spots, etc. The extracted DNA is suitable for downstream experiments including PCR, qPCR, library construction and Southern blotting.

【Detection Principle】

In high salt and low pH condition, DNA can bind to the surface of Magbeads coated with silica.The impurities such as proteins then could be removed by multiple washes. At last, the DNA is eluted in low-salt conditions with high purity.

【Storage Conditions and Shelf Life】

Magnetic beads should be stored at 2-8°C, Proteinase K at below 4°C, and other components at room temperature (15-25°C).

Acceptable conditions for shipment (within 14 days): 4-37℃;

Shelf life: 1 year at recommended storage condition.
