cfDNA Special Series magnetic beads are magnetic solid-phase carriers specially designed for cell-free DNA extraction. Adopting a customized production process, the beads feature strong magnetic responsiveness and excellent capability to capture short DNA fragments. The surface silanol groups specifically bind to nucleic acids under high-salt and low-pH conditions, delivering high genomic DNA purity and high recovery yield. Compatible with automated nucleic acid extraction platforms, the entire workflow becomes more efficient and reliable. It can be widely applied to research and applications in the life science field.
Suitable for the extraction, enrichment and purification of cell-free DNA from 0.4–1 mL plasma or serum. The purified products can be used for clinical in vitro diagnostic research.

Operations such as freezing, drying, and centrifugation may cause magnetic bead aggregation, making resuspension and dispersion difficult.
Vortex thoroughly before use to ensure the magnetic beads remain in a homogeneous suspension.
