This magnetic bead product processes DNA samples using a combination of thermal denaturation and bisulfite conversion, followed by magnetic bead–based purification. Desalting and desulfonation are integrated into the magnetic purification workflow, simplifying the experimental procedure. The protocol requires no centrifugation, is easy to operate, and is compatible with automated high-throughput platforms. The entire process can be completed within 1–2 hours.

Precautions

1. Operations such as freezing, drying and centrifugation may cause magnetic bead aggregation, resulting in difficult resuspension and dispersion.
2. Vortex thoroughly before use to maintain a homogeneous suspension of magnetic beads.
3. It is recommended to use high-quality pipette tips and reaction tubes to prevent sample loss caused by adhesion of magnetic beads and solution.
