Magnetic Bead-based FFPE Tissue Genomic DNA Extraction Kit

This kit adopts magnetic bead technology to extract genomic DNA from paraffin-embedded or formalin-fixed tissues.Under high-salt conditions, DNA binds to the surface of silica-coated modified magnetic beads. Impure proteins and contaminants are removed through multiple washing steps, and high-purity DNA is finally obtained by elution.

1. DNA Extraction from Paraffin-embedded Breast Cancer Tissue Samples

Remark: Sample: 2–3 mg breast tissue paraffin block; Elution volume: 100 μL

1. Do not freeze magnetic beads. Fully mix the magnetic bead suspension before use.
2. If RNase A is used, store it at below 4℃.
3. Check each reagent for precipitation before use. If precipitation occurs, redissolve in a 60℃ water bath.
