Conventional DNA purification methods cannot effectively remove large amounts of inhibitory substances in feces, which often leads to the failure of downstream experiments, such as unsuccessful PCR amplification.This kit adopts magnetic bead nucleic acid purification technology to efficiently eliminate various PCR inhibitors in animal feces and recover genomic DNA with high efficiency.
Suitable for rapid extraction of high-concentration total DNA from fecal samples less than 200 mg. The purified DNA can be directly used for PCR, viral DNA detection, bacterial DNA detection and other experiments.

Note: Fecal sample dosage: 0.1–0.5 g
Results: The extracted DNA shows A260/A280 ratio between 1.7–1.9, A260/A230 ratio above 1.2, and DNA yield over 2 μg.
Do not freeze magnetic beads. Fully homogenize the magnetic bead suspension before use.
If RNase A is used, store it below 4℃.
Inspect all reagents for precipitation before use; if precipitate appears, redissolve in a 60℃ water bath.
