Rebeads® Magrose NTA-Ni Magnetic Beads

Rebeads® Magrose NTA‑Ni Magnetic Beads are suitable for small‑scale purification of His‑tagged proteins. They enable rapid purification of high‑purity target proteins directly from biological samples via magnetic separation, and are especially ideal for parallel purification of multiple samples.

Nickel ions immobilized on the beads can specifically capture His‑tagged proteins, which are then enriched using a magnetic rack. The volume ratio of samples to beads can be adjusted flexibly. Equipped with a magnetic rack or automated purification system, it allows simultaneous processing of multiple samples.

1. No pretreatment of crude samples is required; target proteins can be purified directly, greatly shortening purification time.
2. High yield and high-purity target proteins (over 95%) can be obtained in one-step purification.
3. High operational stability, suitable for high-throughput and large-scale protein purification.
4. The beads are reusable with simple regeneration procedures.

Purification of soluble His-tagged proteins secreted or intracellularly expressed in bacteria, yeast, and mammalian cells.

Do not centrifuge, dry or freeze the magnetic beads. These operations may cause bead aggregation and reduce binding activity.

This product must be used with magnetic separation equipment.

Store stably at 2–8°C with a shelf life of 2 years.
