Magnetic Bead-based mRNA Purification Kit

mRNA only accounts for 1%~5% of total RNA isolated from RNA purification samples. Purification of mRNA from total RNA is a critical step for subsequent RNA-seq analysis.Rebeads® Mag Oligo(dT) enables efficient binding of polyadenylated RNA (poly A⁺ RNA) to oligo(dT) groups under standard hybridization conditions. Other types of RNA lack the poly A⁺ sequence and will not bind to oligo(dT) magnetic beads. The isolated mRNA can be directly used for cloning and expression analysis, delivering accurate and reliable experimental data.

mRNA Purification from Different Amounts of Total RNA

Result: Within the range of 50–400 μg total RNA per mg magnetic bead, Rebeads magnetic beads yield higher mRNA recovery and exhibit stronger purification capacity compared with competitive products.

Result: After a 20 μL in vitro transcription reaction, mRNA was purified using 0.2 mg, 0.5 mg and 1 mg magnetic beads respectively, with an elution volume of 50 μL. Rebeads show slightly better binding capacity and purification efficiency than two mainstream competitive products.

Allow the magnetic beads to equilibrate to room temperature and mix thoroughly before use; otherwise, sample recovery efficiency may be affected.

Strictly ensure an RNase-free and nucleic acid contamination-free operating environment throughout the experiment.
