Important Precautions

Magnetic beads must not be frozen. Always thoroughly mix the magnetic bead suspension before use
When using RNase A, store at temperatures below 4°C
Before each use, inspect for precipitated components. If present, re-dissolve at 60°C
For initial use, add the specified amount of absolute ethanol to the wash solution as indicated in the label instructions
