Magnetic Bead-based Plasmid Extraction Kit
This kit adopts the alkaline lysis method to lyse bacterial cells and isolates plasmid DNA via magnetic bead technology. It enables the extraction of high-purity plasmid DNA from bacterial cultures of various volumes.The functional groups modified on the magnetic bead surface feature strong specific adsorption capacity for plasmid DNA under defined conditions. By adjusting ambient conditions, plasmid DNA can be eluted from the beads, achieving rapid separation and purification.DNA extracted with this kit is suitable for a wide range of molecular biology experiments, including sequencing, enzyme digestion, ligation, transformation, library screening and more.

Application Case
Plasmid DNA Extraction — Comparison with Magnetic Bead Kits from Different Manufacturers
With the same bacterial dosage of 5 mL, plasmid extraction was performed using magnetic bead kits from three manufacturers.Elution volume was fixed at 100 μL, and 5 μL was loaded for agarose gel electrophoresis. The results show that Rebeads achieves higher plasmid yield than the other two brands.
