SythoPure™ PlasmiGo 2000 adopts the magnetic bead-based purification principle, enabling fully automated workflow from bacterial lysis to plasmid elution.

Equipped with a 15.6-inch touchscreen display, the system performs pipetting, plate transfer, shaking, mixing, magnetic separation and other operations via intelligent software without manual intervention, delivering high-efficiency, safe and accurate plasmid extraction.

The system can process up to 48 samples in a single run, compatible with 10–50 mL bacterial culture solution (approximately 0.5–1.0 g bacterial pellet). The entire workflow can be completed within 1.5 hours with no manual operation required, truly realizing one-click start and full-process automation.

The platform allows a single operator to run multiple devices simultaneously, greatly improving experimental throughput and efficiency. It is suitable for all types of plasmid midiprep applications. The purified high-purity plasmids can be directly used in downstream experiments including molecular cloning, cell transfection, in vitro transcription and protein expression. It serves as a reliable solution for research and quasi-industrial grade plasmid preparation.
