Cell Sorting M-Type Magnetic Rack

Rebeads Biotech M-type cell sorting magnetic rack system is compatible with sorting columns and applicable to the isolation of human and animal cells.

When a sorting column is placed on the Rebeads Biotech cell sorting magnetic rack system, the internal ferromagnetic beads amplify the magnetic field by 10,000 times to form a high-gradient magnetic field. As cell samples pre-incubated with sorting magnetic beads pass through the high-gradient magnetic field, unbound cells flow through freely, whereas magnetic bead-bound cells are retained within the sorting column. After removing the sorting column from the magnetic field, the captured cells can be manually eluted to achieve efficient isolation of target cells.

Both labeled and unlabeled fractions can be collected for downstream applications, such as cell culture and flow cytometry.

Operation

1. Place the prepared sorting column filled with the pre-reacted mixture of magnetic beads and targets into the hole of the magnetic rack.
2. When flowing through the high magnetic field channel of the manual cell sorting magnetic rack, unlabeled cells pass through, while magnetically labeled cells are retained inside the sorting column.

Precautions

1. Store the magnetic rack in a dry environment at 15–35°C.
2. Do not store the magnetic rack and magnetic rack stand in corrosive environments.
3. The magnetic rack is sensitive to corrosive solvents.
4. Do not autoclave the magnetic rack.
