NanoCytex Mag CD8,human
NanoCytex Mag CD8, Human (CS0106) features small particle size and excellent suspension performance. It is compatible with Rebeads® NanoCytex cell sorting system, as well as manual and automated instruments from other manufacturers. It can efficiently isolate CD8+ T cells with high viability, high recovery rate and high purity from samples such as apheresis blood and peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs).

CD4+ T cells were isolated from human PBMCs using CD4+ T cell sorting magnetic beads. The purity of target cells after sorting was analyzed, and the results are shown below.

Human T cells in PBMC samples were enriched using Rebeads® NanoCytex CD8 magnetic beads and competitor M magnetic beads respectively. The viability, purity and sorting efficiency of isolated CD8+ T cells were detected by flow cytometry. The results show that the sorting performance of human CD8 nanomagnetic beads is equivalent to that of the competitor.
