NanoCytex Mag CD4, Human (CS0105) features small particle size and excellent suspension stability. It is compatible with NanoCytex cell sorting system from RuibeiXi, as well as manual and automated instruments from other manufacturers. It enables efficient isolation of CD4+ T cells with high viability, high recovery rate and high purity from samples such as apheresis blood and peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs).
It is used for sorting human CD4+ T cells. The nano-scale CD4 sorting magnetic beads are incubated with cells to achieve the sorting of CD4+ cells.
CD4+ T cells were isolated from human PBMCs using CD4+ T cell sorting magnetic beads. The purity of target cells after sorting was analyzed, and the results are shown below.

Based on flow cytometry results, the purity of sorted CD4+ cells increased from 39.8% to 99.6%. It demonstrates that Rebeads® NanoCytex CD4 magnetic beads deliver high sorting efficiency with simple, fast operation.
Figure 2 Enrichment of CD4+ T cells in PBMC samples using Rebeads® NanoCytex CD4 Sorting Magnetic Beads (CS0105-1) and mainstream competitor M. The results show that the sorting performance of human CD4+ nanomagnetic beads is comparable to that of the competitor.
