NanoCytex cell sorting column

The sorting column is syringe-shaped and filled with hydrophilic-coated iron beads with large gaps between beads to ensure proper flow rate without causing cell damage. The sorting column itself has no magnetism. When mounted on a magnetic rack, the internal iron beads become magnetized, amplifying the effective magnetic field by approximately 10,000 times. During sorting, cells only need to couple with a small amount of magnetic beads to be captured by the magnetized iron beads. Therefore, there is no need for additional magnetic bead removal in downstream experiments. After removing the sorting column, use the matched pusher to elute magnetically labeled cells and obtain the target cells.

Application Case
Example of Cell Sorting Performance

Human CD4+ T cells in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were sorted using RuibeiXi sorting columns, and the purity of the target cells after sorting was analyzed.

Before sorting, the purity of CD4+ cells in human PBMCs was 35.1%, and the purity of CD4+ cells reached 97.7% after sorting.

Human CD4+ T cells were isolated from human PBMCs using Rebeads sorting columns, and the purity of the sorted target cells was analyzed.
