Rebeads NanoCytex Mag CD138 Mouse Kit consists of two components.Component 1 is a biotin-conjugated anti-mouse CD138 monoclonal antibody, which specifically labels mouse CD138+ cells.Component 2, NanoCytex Mag Dextran-SA, is applied to capture the labeled cells.With the assistance of separation columns and magnetic field, magnetic separation is performed to achieve efficient isolation of CD138+ cells from mouse spleen cells and myeloma cells.

Efficient sorting of CD138+cells from mouse spleen and myeloma cells.

This product was used to sort CD138+ cells from self-prepared mixed cell samples. Cells before and after sorting were stained with PE-conjugated anti-mouse CD138 antibody (Clone: 281-2) and analyzed by flow cytometry. The purity of CD138+ cells was 3.45% before sorting and 86.6% after sorting.

The viability, purity and recovery rate of CD138 cells isolated from mouse splenocytes using RuibeiXi Mouse CD138+ Cell Sorting Kit show no significant difference compared with competitor products.
