Rebeads SA Magnetic Beads

Rebeads SA Series Magnetic Beads adopt oriented immobilization technology to covalently couple recombinant neutral streptavidin onto magnetic microspheres with regular morphology and uniform particle size, forming a monolayer immobilization layer.They are widely applied in the isolation and detection of biotinylated nucleic acids, antibodies, and other biotinylated ligands and target molecules.

The monolayer streptavidin enables fast liquid-phase reaction kinetics, supporting efficient capture, separation and downstream experimental procedures.

1. Avoid freezing the beads and any improper operations.
2. Thoroughly vortex the vial to fully resuspend the beads before use. Avoid introducing air bubbles during pipetting.
3. Users should determine the optimal loading capacity of the beads for their specific biotinylated molecules based on preliminary experiments.
4. Use 1~2 times the molar amount of biotinylated molecules relative to the binding capacity of the beads to ensure saturation.
