Rebeads® COOH series magnetic beads feature superparamagnetism, fast magnetic response, high density of carboxyl functional groups, and excellent monodispersity. With the aid of special chemical reagents such as EDC, biomolecular ligands including peptides, proteins and oligonucleotides can be covalently coupled to the microsphere surface.

Nucleic acid extraction and purification – Applied in fragment sorting kits

In the fragment sorting reagent system, Rebeads carboxyl magnetic beads with different dosages exhibit separation performance comparable to competing products, with no significant difference in concentration results.

1. Operations such as freezing, drying and centrifugation may cause magnetic bead aggregation, making resuspension and dispersion difficult.
2. Please thoroughly vortex the product before use to maintain a uniform suspension of magnetic beads.
3. It is recommended to use high-quality pipette tips and reaction tubes to avoid sample loss caused by adhesion of magnetic beads and solution.
