【Intended Use】

This product is suitable for purifying RNA from various systems, effectively removing impurities such as proteins and salt ions to enhance RNA purity. Such as applications include RNA purification for library construction experiments.

【Storage Conditions and Shelf Life】

Store at 2-8°C with a shelf life of 12 months.

【Reagents and Equipment Provided by User】

1. Reagents provided by user: 80% ethanol (prepared with Nuclease-free H₂O), Nuclease-free H₂O.
2. Equipment provided by user: Nucleic acid extractor, centrifuge tubes or deep-well plates, vortex mixer, pipettor, constant temperature shaker, etc.

【Notes】

1. The reagent is a magnetic bead suspension. Freezing and centrifugation are strictly prohibited. Thorough vortex mixing is required before use.
2. Use centrifuge tubes and pipette tips that do not contain DNAse and RNAse.
3. The magnetic beads should be taken out half an hour in advance and equilibrated to room temperature.
4. Do not overdry the magnetic beads, as it will reduce elution efficiency.
