This kit adopts the magnetic bead method to isolate and purify genomic DNA from 0.5–1 mL blood clot samples.It features specially functionalized magnetic beads and an optimized buffer system. The bead surface is modified with unique chemical groups that exhibit strong enrichment capacity for DNA under specific conditions. DNA can be reversibly eluted when environmental parameters change, enabling rapid separation and purification. The kit can maximally remove proteins and other impurities to ensure high purity of isolated nucleic acids.
