【Intended Use】

This product is suitable for the purification of DNA fragments, enabling the simple and rapid recovery of DNA fragments as small as 50 base pairs (bp). It effectively removes primer dimers, dNTPs, inorganic salts, proteins, and other impurities. The purified product obtained through this magnetic bead purification can be directly used for downstream molecular experiments such as sequencing, PCR templates, and enzyme digestion.

【Storage Conditions and Shelf Life】

Store at 2-8°C with a shelf life of 12 months.

【User-provided Equipment and Reagents】

1. Reagents: 80% ethanol; Elution Buffer: 10mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.0) or sterile water
2. Equipment: Pipettes, vortex mixer, magnetic rack (Rebece 12-hole magnetic rack), centrifuge tubes

【Precautions】

1. This reagent is a magnetic bead suspension and must not be frozen or centrifuged. Thoroughly vortex before first use.
2. It is recommended to use a sample volume of at least 100μL to reduce sampling errors. If the sample volume is less than 100μL, it can be supplemented with water.
3. The magnetic beads should be taken out at least 30 minutes before use and equilibrated to room temperature.
4. Do not overdry the magnetic beads, as it may reduce elution efficiency.
