Magnetic Bead-Based Whole Blood Genomic DNA Extraction Kit
This kit adopts the magnetic bead method to extract genomic DNA from fresh or frozen anticoagulated whole blood. Under high-salt conditions, DNA binds to the surface of silica-coated magnetic beads. Impure proteins and contaminants are removed through multiple washing steps, and target DNA is eluted under low-salt conditions.This method can extract 5–12 μg of high-quality and high-purity genomic DNA from 200 μL whole blood, suitable for downstream experiments such as sequencing, PCR, library construction, and Southern blotting.

Precautions
Do not freeze magnetic beads; fully mix the magnetic bead suspension before use.
Check all reagents for precipitation before use. If precipitate appears, redissolve in a 60°C water bath.
