【Intended Use】

This product is suitable for purifying PCR products, which can extract PCR products over 200bp simply and rapidly, and remove impurities such as primer di-polymers, dNTPs, inorganic salts and proteins. The extracted PCR products can be directly used in downstream experiments such as gene sequencing, PCR templates and enzyme digestion etc.

【Precautions】

1. Magnetic beads must not be frozen or centrifuged, and should be thoroughly mixed before use.
2. Check if any precipitation exists before experiment. If yes, warm up the solution to 37°C to dissolve again.
