Mag Beads Large Volume Gel DNA Extraction Kit High Purity Rapid And Efficient Process

This kit utilizes the property that DNA binds to and elutes from Magbeads under specific conditions to recover DNA fragments from TAE or TBE agarose gels. It effectively removes impurities such as agarose, primer dimers, dNTPs, other organic compounds, inorganic ions and proteins. The DNA recovery rate is over 80%. The procedure is simple and time-saving. Combined with a dedicated magnetic plate or automated nucleic acid extractor, simultaneous purification of up to 96 samples can be easily achieved.

Gel electrophoresis results show that the recovery performance of our kit for DNA fragments of different sizes is comparable to the imported kit.

The gel image shows that the bands recovered by three batches of kits are clear and bright, with recovery rates all above 80%. The kits present minor batch-to-batch variation and excellent stability.
