Rebeads® Magrose Heparin Magnetic Beads

Rebeads® Magrose Heparin Magnetic Beads are coupled with heparin carrying negatively charged sulfonic acid groups on the surface. They can bind to positively charged proteins, as well as growth factors and antithrombin III (AT Ⅲ). The beads enable one-step rapid and efficient capture of target proteins from plasma, followed by magnetic separation to achieve protein purification.

They feature fast magnetic response, high heparin ligand density, and excellent physicochemical stability.

Specifically binds to antithrombin Ⅲ, coagulation factors, growth factors and other biomolecules to obtain high-purity products, which can be further used for subsequent analytical assays such as Western blot and ELISA.

Stability Test

1. Do not centrifuge, dry or freeze the magnetic beads. Such operations may cause bead aggregation and reduce binding activity.
2. This product shall be used together with magnetic separation equipment.
3. Store at 2–8°C for stable preservation, with a shelf life of 2 years.
