Rebeads® Mag SA adopts oriented immobilization technology to covalently couple recombinant neutral streptavidin onto magnetic microspheres with regular morphology and uniform particle size, forming a monolayer of immobilized single molecules.It utilizes the streptavidin-biotin system to capture biotin-labeled biomolecules and can also bind biotinylated ligands and targets.The enriched target molecules can be used for target sequence enrichment in library preparation within next-generation sequencing (NGS) workflows.

Test results show that the binding capacity of Rebeads SA Magnetic Beads (NBS203) for various biotinylated ligands is comparable to that of imported magnetic beads. They exhibit obvious advantages over competing products and high affinity for biotinylated ligands.

2. Stability Test of Multiple Batches of SA Magnetic Beads

Test results show that the binding capacity of different batches of Rebeads SA Magnetic Beads (NBS203) to biotin or biotinylated ligands is basically consistent, indicating stable production technology.
