【Intended Use】

This product is designed for the sorting and purification of DNA fragments during the library preparation process for next-generation sequencing (NGS), allowing for the generation of DNA libraries of various sizes based on different conditions.

【Storage Conditions and Shelf Life】

Store at 2-8°C with a shelf life of 12 months.

【User-provided Equipment and Reagents】

1. 80% Ethanol
2. Elution Buffer: 10mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.0) or sterile water
3. Equipment: Pipettor, Vortex mixer, Magnetic rack (Rebece 12-tube magnetic rack), Centrifuge tubes

【Precautions】

1. This reagent is a magnetic bead suspension. Avoid freezing and centrifugation. Thoroughly vortex before first use.
2. It is recommended to use a sample volume of at least 100μL to minimize pipetting errors. If the sample volume is less than 100μL, it can be supplemented with water.
3. Allow the magnetic beads to equilibrate to room temperature for at least 30 minutes before use.
4. Do not overdry the magnetic beads to avoid reducing elution efficiency.
