Avoid repeated freezing and thawing of samples.

Magnetic beads must not be frozen; thoroughly mix the magnetic bead suspension before use.

Check the lysis solution for precipitation before each use. If precipitate appears, redissolve completely in a 60 ℃ water bath.

Wear proper protective equipment during operation. In case of accidental reagent splashing on skin or eyes, rinse immediately with clean water for 5–10 minutes.
