Magnetic Bead-Based Plant Tissue Genomic DNA Extraction Kit

This kit is a nucleic acid extraction kit based on bio-nano magnetic beads, mainly used for isolating and purifying high-quality DNA from plant samples.It works by utilizing functional groups on the surface of bio-functional magnetic beads to enrich nucleic acids from sample lysates onto the beads. Magnetic separation equipment is used to separate the magnetic beads, enabling rapid isolation and purification of nucleic acids.

DNA extraction results of different plant tissue samples

1. Read the kit manual carefully before the experiment and follow the operating procedures strictly.
2. Do not freeze magnetic beads; mix the magnetic bead suspension thoroughly before use.
3. Check all reagents for precipitation before use. If precipitation occurs, dissolve completely in a 37°C water bath.
4. Before use, add the specified volume of absolute ethanol (refer to label instructions) to Washing Solution 2 Concentrate, then store at room temperature.
