The Mag Beads Viral DNA/RNA Extraction Kit provides an efficient solution for isolating viral nucleic acids from various sample types. Utilizing magnetic bead technology, this kit offers high purity and yield for downstream applications in molecular diagnostics and research.
This kit is a nucleic acid extraction kit based on biological nanomagnetic beads. Its core principle relies on functional groups on the surface of functional biological magnetic beads to enrich nucleic acids from sample lysates onto the bead surface. Magnetic separation devices are then used to isolate the magnetic beads, enabling rapid separation and purification of nucleic acids.
The entire procedure avoids organic reagents such as phenol and chloroform, making it safe and non-toxic. With paramagnetic biological nanomagnetic beads, the kit is well suited for high-throughput automated nucleic acid extraction.

It is applicable to the extraction, enrichment and purification of nucleic acids. The purified products can be used for clinical in vitro detection and scientific research applications.

All reagent-contacting materials must be kept dry and clean to avoid contamination.
Precipitate may form in Lysis Buffer and Wash Buffer I, which is a normal phenomenon. Place the solution in a 65 ℃ oven or water bath until the precipitate dissolves, mix well before use.
Fully shake and mix the deep-well plates or reagent bottles containing magnetic beads before use.
This kit was used for genomic extraction from microbial culture samples. Agarose gel electrophoresis results show that the kit can successfully extract nucleic acids from liquid cultures of Gram-negative bacteria, Gram-positive bacteria and fungi. Clear DNA and RNA bands and good reproducibility were observed.

Genomic nucleic acids were extracted from physiological fluid samples including blood (porcine blood) and sputum (simulated samples) using this kit. Analysis via agarose gel electrophoresis, purity assessment and concentration measurement confirmed that this kit yields intact nucleic acid bands from all tested sample types.
Genomic nucleic acids were extracted from complex samples such as soil and stool using this kit. Analysis of agarose gel electrophoresis results, purity and concentration data confirmed that the kit can obtain nucleic acids with intact band integrity from various complex samples.
