Rebeads Double Mag Beads Plasmid DNA Extraction Kit Centrifugation Free

This kit adopts specially modified silica nano-magnetic microspheres. Under the action of a unique buffer system and external magnetic field, it can extract trace DNA from complex biological samples and purify it into high-purity DNA. It is compatible with our self-developed Mycoplasma DNA Detection Kit (Fluorescent Probe Method), for qualitative detection of mycoplasma contamination in master cell banks, working cell banks, virus seed batches and clinical therapeutic cells.

1. High Sensitivity: Limit of detection up to 10 CFU/mL; verified by parallel comparison with culture method, its sensitivity is equivalent to or superior to the culture method.
2. Fast & Convenient: The entire extraction process can be completed within 1 hour when matched with a nucleic acid extractor.

Qualitative detection of mycoplasma contamination in master cell banks, working cell banks, virus seed batches and cell products.

1. Do not freeze or centrifuge the magnetic bead suspension before use to avoid damaging magnetic beads; mix thoroughly before application.
2. Lysis & Binding Solution may form white crystals below 10℃. If precipitation occurs, dissolve completely in a 37℃ water bath before use.
3. Perform subsequent DNA detection on the same day after sample purification to ensure accurate test results.
