Case Study
1. Performance and Downstream Application of Magnetic Bead-Based Cellular Total RNA Extraction

Total RNA was extracted from 8 groups of Jurkat cell samples using this kit. Results from agarose gel electrophoresis, capillary electrophoresis and qRT-PCR verify that the RNA extracted by Rebeads cellular RNA extraction kit presents high purity and excellent reproducibility.

2. Effect of Magnetic Bead-Based Total RNA Extraction from Different Animal Tissues

This product was used to extract total RNA from various mouse tissues. Primers were designed targeting the β-actin housekeeping gene. PCR amplification was performed using the extracted RNA products and the cDNA generated by reverse transcription of the RNA as templates. The obtained PCR products were verified by agarose gel electrophoresis and qRT-PCR.

3. Effect of magnetic bead‑based total RNA extraction from blood

Using this kit to extract total RNA from different volumes of fresh blood, the extraction performance was evaluated by agarose gel electrophoresis (A), yield, purity and RQN value (C), as well as qRT‑PCR analysis (B). The results showed that the RNA extracted with this product exhibited good yield, purity and band integrity, with essentially no gDNA contamination, making it suitable for downstream applications such as library construction and qRT‑PCR.
