Magnetic Bead-based Bacterial Genomic DNA Extraction Kit

This kit is suitable for genomic DNA extraction of Gram-negative bacteria, Gram-positive bacteria and mycoplasma.It adopts uniquely functionalized magnetic beads and an optimized buffer system. The magnetic bead surface is modified with special chemical groups that exhibit strong specific affinity for DNA under certain conditions. DNA can be reversibly eluted from magnetic beads when environmental conditions change, enabling rapid separation and purification. The kit can maximally remove proteins and other impurities to ensure high purity of extracted genomic DNA.

Application of Bacterial Genomic DNA Extraction

Note: Bacterial culture volume: 1 mL

Gel electrophoresis results show that clear, bright and high-quality DNA bands are obtained from different bacterial species extracted with our kit.

1. Read the kit manual carefully before the experiment and operate strictly in accordance with the instructions.
2. Do not freeze magnetic beads; fully homogenize the magnetic bead suspension before use.
3. Check each reagent for precipitation before use. If precipitation appears, re-dissolve completely in a 37 ℃ water bath.
