Magnetic Bead-based Viral DNA/RNA Extraction Kit

This kit is suitable for the isolation of viral DNA/RNA from serum, plasma, saliva and swab samples.It adopts uniquely functionalized magnetic beads and optimized buffer systems. The magnetic bead surface is modified with special chemical groups, which exhibit powerful binding capacity for DNA/RNA under specific conditions. Nucleic acids can be reversibly eluted by adjusting reaction conditions, enabling rapid separation and purification. The kit can maximally remove proteins and other impurities to ensure high purity of extracted nucleic acids.

1. Viral RNA Extraction Performance of 4 Batches of Kits

Result: The inter-batch CV value of the four batches is less than 5%, showing minor batch-to-batch variation and excellent batch stability.

Wear proper protective equipment before operation.

Follow the operating procedures strictly. Dispose of waste into a waste container containing disinfectant to avoid contamination.

Use DNase-free and RNase-free centrifuge tubes, pipettes and pipette tips.

If the reagent becomes turbid or precipitates, incubate in a 37 ℃ water bath until clear.

Mix the magnetic bead suspension thoroughly before use.

In case of accidental reagent splashing on skin or eyes, rinse immediately with clean water for 5–10 minutes.
