Rebeads® Magrose Anti-c-Myc Magnetic Beads

Rebeads® Magrose Anti-c-Myc Magnetic Beads are prepared by covalently coupling high-quality mouse-derived IgG monoclonal antibodies to magnetic beads. They offer high binding capacity for c-Myc tagged fusion proteins. Additionally, the product features fast magnetic response, good dispersibility, and extremely low non-specific binding. It is suitable for the purification and immunoprecipitation of c-Myc labeled proteins from bacterial lysates, mammalian cell lysates, and in vitro expression systems.

1. High Specificity Beads: Covalently immobilized high-quality anti-c-Myc monoclonal antibodies enable high yield of immunoprecipitation products.
2. Low Non-specific Binding: Stable and pre-blocked microspheres paired with specific antibodies minimize non-specific binding to the greatest extent.

Anti-c-Myc magnetic beads are applied to immunoprecipitation (IP) experiments of c-Myc-tagged proteins in bacterial lysates, mammalian cell lysates and in vitro expression systems.

Work Flow

Do not centrifuge, dry or freeze the magnetic beads. These operations may cause bead aggregation and reduce binding activity.

This product must be used with magnetic separation equipment.

Store stably at 2–8°C with a shelf life of 2 years.
