Rebeads® NHS Magnetic Beads from Rebio Biotech are functionalized with high-density NHS groups on the surface. They can covalently couple with primary amine (-NH₂)-containing biomolecules such as proteins, antibodies and peptides to form stable amide bonds.
No pre-activation is required; coupling can be achieved by direct mixing. Featuring simple operation, high efficiency and mild reaction conditions, the beads are widely applied in affinity purification, immunoassays, IP/Co-IP and other fields.

As the antibody concentration increases, more antibodies are coupled onto the beads, and the coupling efficiency exceeds 97%.
