Nanjing ReBeads Biotech Co., Ltd. officially releases its new Sortilume® cell separation column series, forming a complete integrated workflow paired with the company’s self-developed Sortilume® Mag immunomagnetic beads for CD3, CD4, CD8, NK and other immune cell subsets.

The product delivers a reliable domestic alternative for immunology research, cell therapy development, tumor immunology and single-cell sequencing applications.

Focused on the R&D and manufacturing of magnetic microspheres, ReBeads has optimized the column matrix, flow path and magnetic field matching to address common pain points of imported consumables: long lead times, high costs and batch-to-batch variability.

Equipped with specially designed high-gradient magnetic matrix and matched column magnets, Sortilume® columns support both positive and negative selection.

The separation process is gentle to preserve cell viability and native cell phenotype. Purified cells can be directly used for downstream applications including cell expansion, flow cytometry analysis, functional assays and library preparation.

Sortilume® cell separation columns are available in multiple sizes for low-volume, standard and high-cell-load protocols, compatible with samples such as PBMC, splenocytes and lymph node cells.

They are validated by flow cytometry with consistent cell purity and recovery rate across batches. Besides ReBeads proprietary Sortilume® Mag bead kits, the columns are compatible with most mainstream immunomagnetic separation systems on the market, offering greater flexibility for labs.

The full solution — from magnetic bead synthesis, antibody conjugation, separation buffers to cell columns — is independently developed and manufactured in-house.
